Corporate rate negotiations are an area of expertise for Short's. Short's provides an array of services for the negotiation process as part of its consulting role. This includes developing a comprehensive RFP, data analysis, analyzing potential spend, market share spread, managing negotiations and the bidding process.

Shorts Travel Management provides analysis and credit card vendor negotiation on behalf of our preferred customers. Most travel management companies look for low fares, others negotiate with hotel, car and airline vendors but Short's Travel Management takes it a step further and beyond by offering solutions that assist with your company's method of payment and user rates. This adds savings to the correct ledger column….yours!

Performance Reporting

On-line reporting capabilities includes electronic data interchange that enable us to receive electronic transmission for integration into our internal systems. A suite of web-based reports is available to every corporate client. These include invoice queries, ticket queries, invoice/refund detail, car usage detail, hotel usage detail, unused tickets and a special Pax Finder which allows the client to pull a list of all travelers for any given date, city or airline flight.

Report data can be provided on-line in PDF, Excel, Paradox, ASCII, tab delimited, CSV delimited or printed formats. Data can be distributed via the Short's web server “on request,” on an automated schedule via email or on disk via overnight.
